Yes it makes your blood boil doesn't it. I had to wait once for 35 mins and by the time someone did speak to me I hit the roof because they told me I was through to the wrong department and they had to transfer me - I was put on hold again - aghhhhh! I pity the people who work there they must take some stick. Yes call centres are the bain of everyones life. LOL. Hope you didn't have to wait too long.

I've been working in call centres for six years now, and its really getting on my wick. Got to find a job somewhere else. People call in and when I sort out there problem, there isn't even a thank you most of the time. We get treated like dirt!

Not me, I love ringing call centres. Hanging on the end of a line for so long that you get ear ache, getting passed from pillar to post between people who say "you need our other department Sir" then if your lucky you get to listen to a tone deaf 8 year old, locked in tiny cupboard with a crappy electric keyboard trying to play 'Greensleeves'. How could anyone not enjoy sitting on the bottom of the stairs so long that your *** goes numb.

The call centres in India are the worst because you end up speaking to an Indian called Fred.
(For all of those Indians reading this, im very sorry but ask any one in England and theyll say its true)

No, I love them especially the ones that leave you waiting there on hold for up to 45 minutes, like a certain mobile phone company - that shares its name with a colour of the rainbow!

Well they are used to cussing and tears, so act crazy. If ya make them laugh, or scare them silly, maybe they will hurry to fix the issue.

ask to speak to their manager, they will get the manager on and they will sort it out asap, coz they are scared of you making a formal complaint. trust me it works

good luck, they just love to put you on hold forever. That's their mission in life - to irritate the public.
