Till now I have been sending images only thru attachments. But I have recieved some emails where pictures are displayed on the space where the text is written and the same picture is attached.
Thus I want to know how to send pictures thru email so that when the person opens my email he doesn't have to go to attachments and the see the pic instead the pic is displayed in front of him.

Use Attachment Option in Your mail account and attach that image.

I have tried this for pictures that are already online. Go to the picture you want to send, right click on it and click save and then go to the email where you type your text and right click and select paste. It should put the picture into your message. This only works for pictures already online, but it may not work for every picture. By the way, some pictures have copyrights so make sure you do not do anything illegal.
As for personal pictures, you can upload them online and then try to paste them in the same way in your email message.

You can send pictures only as attachements. Some email service provides send pictures in email (like Yahoo..)

You can upload images to image hosting services like photobucket and mail the URL. The recepient can download the images from there.

download your picture to image hosting sites (like photobucket). copy-paste the IMG tag to your message to post the image.. i dont know if it will work for e-mails. but ive been using that to post images on message boards..
