grace is really defined as Gods ability gift. Grace truly means God's willingness to use his power and ability on our behalf even when we dont deserve it. mercy of God is part of God's creative power of love. mercy is what pulls us up to a higher standard even when we miss it

Compassion is the word that follows, which go hand in hand with mercy & grace. Ibeleive that these form the blessed trinity, & are supposed to flow through to us. Good luck, I hope that this helps!
