Folks are kind of missing that it wasn't a voluntary act. If he did it himself then yes he is guilty of public indecency, if he had it done to him then he was actually a victim in the eyes of the law.

Whether he would get a drunk and incapable/disorderly charge is another thing.

Guy Gets Stripped

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/tzLjS

If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.

Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

Yep they can. A friend of mine got stripped naked and cling-filmed to a lamp post in the town square (!)
He was arrested, kept in over night, and released the next day with a caution. (as it was pretty obvious that he didn't have much say in the matter)

The offence that he could be arrested for is indecent exposure. However this offence generally needs to have a sexual element in it for the crown prosecution service to consider prosecuting it. The offence is there for old men who expose their bits to all and sundry for sexual gratification. So your son need not worry, though if he is particularly drunk and shouting and making a hell of a racket disturbing the neighbourhood, he could be done for being drunk and disorderly - regardless of whether his tackle is hanging out.

Yes, but they will most likely drop the charges after the whole episode is explained.

Depends on the officers if they are called and it depends on what city you live in.
