Acquiring Government contracts WITH bribes is a criminal offence.

The best advice I can give (having worked in Government procurement) is that you contact the various departments and find out what "list" you have to be on and/or what publication they use for the open tendering.

You also need to know if you need any special qualification to pre-qualify (i.e. ISO9001/14001 etc).

I would steer well away from the bribes angle as you only have to get caught once to be de-listed for life.

Not in India and its neighbouring countries. The whole of Asia rather and every country in Africa and the third world countries in Europe and South America. Just to reinforce..... Definately Not in India.

that depends solely on which country you are in. I know that some african countried, it so common that people have added in bribe money to thier capital needed... sick and sad but true
