Yes. Women tend to be better at diplomacy than men. I think Women want to hear all sides and are better listeners. I think they stive for peace moreso than men.

I don't mind a woman or man...
if a woman is a president and I think she will be a good Mom of the country and prevent all those naughty boys (those General of Arm Forces) hungry for war games. And ask them or teach them to be good boys all the time.

No. Woman has primary duty to take care of her family, and men have to take care financially. Becoming a president will strongly hinder her family matters.

Generally speaking:
Women tend to be emotional (i.e. liberal, socialist) and "hate" how capitalism works.
Seeing as capitalism brings out the best in RESPONSIBLE and ACCOUNTABLE people, then my answer would be no.

But, as I said, that is generally speaking.
That doesn't mean that there aren't exceptions.
