Blaise is a slytherin, not sure if he has come out as a character in the movies though...

According to www.imdb.com there has been no character credited with the name Blaise in any of the Harry Potter films including the upcoming Order of the Phoenix. They may be credited using a generic name like "Slytherin Beater" or "Slytherin Boy" or similar. I don't remember the character froom the books, so I really can't help you more.

I don't think i remember a Blaise, but as far as i know, he hasn't been in any of the movies.

he wasn't shown in the last four movies yet...i guess he'll pop up by the sixth movie because of the SlugClub thing...
