drink 8 glasses of water a day. that lowers your hunger, because people eat often times when they are thirsty, and a lot more people today are acctually dehydrated because of that. so, water helps naturally even out your appetite. when you eat, leave one bite of food, even if you could eat it, but dont starve yourself or anything. eat nutricious foods. and, excercise. i would suggest a cardio work out, so like running, jogging, jump rope, trampolines even, if you have one, it can be fun to stay active.

but the biggest thing is that you cant get discouraged if there arent immidiate changes. in order to lose weight you could diet, take pills, stuff like that, but you would gain it back once you stoped. this way, you would change your lifestyle, and become permanently healthy, but results would not happen over night. just stick with it, and you will see them shortly though.

If you mean each day before school, you can wake up an hour early before school and take a power walk/ jog. I found it super hard to lose weight, but when I got off my butt and did that, I lost 5 pounds in a wekk, including the muscle weight I gained. If you mean during the summer before the next year of school starts, you can do your own litlle workout thing. The summer I went into high school, I lost 50 pounds, no joke. I weiged 210 and dropped to 160, but with nasty stretch marks that went away. How did I do it? My DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) pad and game for playstation. It wasnt boring either. I would invite friends over and compete. I really pushed myself, though. Theres a calorie counter on that thing and I set it to burn 1000 calories every time I played. The workout would take me 2 hours if I set it to the hardest setting. Anything lower would have taken too long. The thing you have to keep in mind is that its only working if you can keep up with the game, not if youre frantically trying to step on the arrows. So, I had to learn and master the game as best as i could. I did that twice a day, 6 days a week. As for the diet, all I really had was crystal light (powder juice) very litlle calories. I ate lots of mean so that I would not starve and so that I could build muscle simultaneously. I also started body building towards the end of the summer. My diet then was really gross protein bars. That worked for me and two of my friends. One reason it was so successful was because I REALLY wasnted to lose weight. Come on, I weighed 210 in 8th grade. Another thing was that I love DDR. Im not saying my program will work for you...Well, it will actually, if you have enough discipline.

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine
