matrix 1999.

I truely think that matrix is an incredible movie because of intellectual content and ambiguity and visual and technological achievement.
I mean for me Matrix was more thought provoking and original than the movies you have listed. Don't get me wrong all they films have merits but Matrix was a class about any of these movies.

I noticed you chose all Oscar winners there... lol

From your list, I would have to say, Schindler's List and Forrest Gump.

Reservoir Dogs from Quentin Tarrantino. Excellent flick with lots of cussing and shooting. What more could a movie possibly need?

Obviously Titanic, it made its huge bang on the box office and may be Shakespeare in Love also made it.

The Red Violin, 1999, put everything on your list to shame. It was (still is) a classic.
