I usually got along better with guys. Í don't understand it either but they're more comfortable to talk to sometimes because they don't judge as much as girls do sometimes. Also it's fun to watch them squirm when you tell them you're having a cramp. =)

In order for women and men to have close friendships they must have a mutual understanding of their differences or a higher level of tolerance. Friendships of the same gender can be problematic because of the competitive nature in men have with men, and women have with women. Men and women compare and try to measure up within their own genders. Opposite sex friendships tends to takes away the competitive streak and one's comparison of another. Nature reveals fight or flight mechanism's in the same sex species. Humans will either fight(compete), flight(avoid) or finally adjust and survive amongst their gender sameness.

Some are immature,or they are gay.Or too young.Look at little kids.Thay usually dont like the opposite sex.

i think it all comes down to personality and interests. i have a lot more male friends than female friends, probably because i don't act like a girly girl and have no problems stating my opinion.

Women are normally more "spiteful" than men in my opinion. I relate better to men because of that.

i know!! i havea friends that i rarely have anything in common with; well about 2 of them......im OBSESSED with football and my friends could care less about it....i should have been born a guy, seriously
