Non-physical: Intelligence, sense of humor, personality, honesty, integrity, kindness, compassion, loyalty, honor, heart, making sure he is good to his family and friends, good listener
Physical: Eyes, Smile, Showing that he cares about his appearance, good hygeine and nice teeth are a must

Aw, well I would definitely have to say a great [and easy] smile, eyes, and a sense of humor.
I do believe looks attract, but the personality will make you stay.

Manners are a great place to start. Don't insult a girl just because you're attracted to her. Confidence is important. You gotta like yourself before she can like you. Just don't confuse arrogance with confidence. And she is never, ever, ever fat, got it? Make the most of your physical traits. Good hygiene (duh). Get rid of ear\nose hair. Be human. Good luck!

at first sight its definitely the looks i.e. his smile, his eyes etc.
but tat wont last if he cant carry a decent conversation.
