ok, at the same time as is this blasted wintry climate going to bypass away?! I wade through from chapped lips too, and it truly is how i'm getting tender lips: moist your lips with warmth water to soften the exterior. Take a moist toothbrush and gently exfoliate your lips through rubbing the bristles in a round action on your lips- this helps get rid of the useless epidermis. Wash away with warmth water. there is no opt to towel dry your lips when you consider that they'll with out delay only drink up the further water- at contemporary afterwards, placed on a impressive soothing balm. Vaseline works only superb, Burt's Bees is yet another sturdy one, i'm presently utilising Blistex Lip Medex balm- brilliant (no longer too sticky, yet very moisturizing) balm. Sleep, awaken in the morning and repeat technique- keep employing lip balm as necessary and rubbing your lips jointly to substantiate move and secure moisture, so your lips do not dry out with out delay. wish this helps :)

Hands down..."Carmex"! My best friend Anna moved to Ca. about 15 years ago. She kept talking about this stuff that was made in Wisconsin. So her and I went to every local drug-store in the bay-area...alas to no avail! Finally she talked Walgreen's into ordering it...and the rest is history[although it should be "Herstory!] F.Y.I. True Story!
