i have a sony vaio labtop webcam built in & it won't let me take a still image & e-mail it why not?

bec the software developers should give the support for u to take the still snaps and email it if that option is not there u should install any application which supports it , and if the option is already available in the one which came already along with the laptop and is not working then there is some problem with the application installed , may be virus, or software may be corrupted and so on
