if you feel like you are drifting apart she probably feels it too, i think you guys should talk about it, maybe your drifting apart for a reason, maybe you both will decide to go seperate ways or you both might try to put more effort into the relationship and try to make it work, communication and honesty are key in a relationship, i hope everything goes well for you

Try going out to new places to get the spark back. Or go out on dates again instead of sitting at home and having the same old boring conversations.
If you are drifting apart because you want different things out of life, you can't stop that just accept it and leave eachother on good terms.

My husband and I have dated/been married for 10 years now, it seems that there are times where we seem to drift apart. At these times, we decide to spend a day or two away from our new hobbies. Also, we try to find things to do together. For example, we play the same video games....go jogging together....and fix dinner together.

it might sound absurd but take a break. give yourself some time to evaluate how much you r worth to the other. or else a sureshot way is to take a short vacation togather. go to someplace totally new, just the two of u, be accepting, patient and put in an effort to work things out. i'm sure it will.
