According to me, she would appreciate the love which a man showers on her. If she is happy with that, she would attain the orgasm. Even without orgasm also, she would be happy as long as she belives that the man is making love b'coz he loves the girl.

It is different for each girl. I like it most when I am comftorable with my partner and I know that I can trust him no matter what. Also I hat when a guy asks how it feels or if I want him to stop. If I did not like it I'd have told him to stop. If it did not feel good I would say so.
