Assuming your are referring to a pet lobster:
Lobsters are very territorial. If your lobsters are killing each other, that means that your aquarium is just too small for multiple lobsters. I would recommend keeping just one in your aquarium.
If you are raising lobsters for food:
The simplest and the best way is to keep the claws shut with rubber bands. Lobsters have little feeding "hands" around their mouth, so they will have no problem eating when you feed them.

Realsprite gives an excellent answer. I have had the blue lobsters in the pet shop before and they eat anything including each other even when well fed.
