I once saw a girl that looked exactly like me. I almost fainted. I'm not sure if she saw me, but I did get up closer to her to see "me". It was really spooky. Im not sure if she saw me or felt the same way though.

If I saw actually looked at them as they passed by I would. That would be neat! I have had a weird experience similar to that though. I was underage and I wanted to go to bars--I know..but ..my boyfriend and his friend were walking along the sidewalk, by some stores and found an old drivers license. The girl looked almost identical!! It was too weird.

Yes. I have a nephew who was in a mall with his wife. They passed a portrait studio, and she asked him when he had had his picture taken. He looked at the photo and said that it looked like him, but it wasn't him.
Later, we found that the man in the picture was a distant relative. The man in the picture's paternal grandfather and my nephew's maternal grandmother were cousins. They met after they discovered the relationship, and agreed that they did, indeed, look alike.
What is even more coincidental, is that they even had similar likes and dislikes.

I don't think so. I used to work with a guy who looked just like a friend of mine. When my friend met the guy, he didn't see the resemblance.
