i'm not going to describe u what proxy server stands for , you already got an explanation,i'm asuming you are using windows;the easiest way to install a proxy server is to download and install a program called Igate (free for 2 computers).just look it up on google.then you can configure another computer to conect using your computer as a proxy server;just type in your computer's ip in the proxy server adress field on the other computer.that's it
