Science requires new technologies to reach out and discover things that they could not do with past tools. A microscope to view organisms to small to see with the human eye. When science discoveries are accepted, they can expand throughout the whole society. Like Cars have affected our means of transportation about the world. Society may also require certain technologies to end conflicts and for solving its own problems. Global warming might be fixed through technology. Many weapons and new technologies have been developed due to Wars caused by disputes in society.
