Bush's "stupid act" is just that. It is an act to make him more attractive to his base, most of whom are intellectually impaired. Why do you suppose he caters so heavily to the "religious right?" If Bush demonstrated his intelligence, his supporters wouldn't be his supporters.
They want a candidate who thinks they way they do; in other words, in short, random, incoherent thoughts.

No, he has a lot to learn. If I were Bush, I would try to achieve world peace rather than war. Plus, I took an IQ test last month and my IQ is above normal. :)
