well start by multiplying things out
-8x+12=-8x+5
-8x+8x+12=5
0+12=5
no solution?
2x+3y=6
2x=6-3y
x=6/2-3y/2
x=3-(3/2)y

multiply -4 through (2x-3)=-8x+12 for the left side...-8x+12=-8x+5...your x's will cancel out ...No Solution
2x+3y=6...x=(6-3y)/2 or x=3-(3/2)y

-4(2x-3) = -8x+5
-8x +12 = -8x+5
-8x + 8x = 5-12
0 = -7 no solution!
I think u have typed it wrong
2x+3y = 6
2x = 6-3y
x = (6-3y)/2
x = (6-3y)/2 ans.

x=all real numbers as in the equation x cancels out and we can put any value in place of x.
in next equation
2x +3y =6
if we put x=0 than y=2
and if we put y=0 than x=3
so we get infinite set of points like that
and they will occur on a straight line on a graph
these equation can be solved on graph as they would get set of(x,y)
