1. log in to your myspace
2. go to the page containing the comment(s) you wish to delete
3. Click on the manage/ edit your comments link on that page

Go to the person's page where you left the comment. At the top of their comments section you will see the words, "View All / Add Comment." Click on, "View All," find the post you made and at the bottom of it you will see "Delete My Comment." Click on it and you will be asked if you are sure you want your post deleted...click yes.
