I don't know about the time of month, but I do know that if your body is very acidic, you are more likely to conceive a girl rather than a boy, so you would do well to keep your body more on the alkaline side. This is because sperm with X (female) chromosomes are better able to survive in an acidic environment than sperm with Y (male) chromosomes.

Note: According to the chart offered by south (below), I should be a boy. But my brother's gender came out okay. So that's 50% accuracy so far.

Sorry, that's not gonna do a bit, since it's all subjective on the Y chromosome. You're carring it daddy, and the only way to be certain is after conception. It's all genetics my friend, and superstitions on what time of the month is better aren't going to do a lick of good for you.

timing has nothing to do with conceiving a certain sex for a child, it all depens on the males chromozones not how you have sex where or when, the only way to can accuratly get the sex of the child you want which isn't even 100% is if you go to one of those fertilatly places where they collect the sperm from the man and seperate the male from female chromozones

Go look at the Chinese birth calendar. I have found it to be pretty accurate. It breaks down the woman's age and the month of conception for certain sexes. While its not an exact science, its pretty accurate.

I have seen hundreds of women who have been yearnig for years to get pregnant. I don't think it is even ethical to 'choose' which month to get pregnant. It puts unnecessary pressure on you and your spouse. Getting pregnant is an expression of eternal love, not a calculated financial transaction.
