Good luck----I'd want to leave too. People in war situations get all messed up in the head. I don't know that going AWOL is a good idea, but that maybe your only hope. Get outta there and seek citizenship, or political asylum. Run as fast as you can, maybe there is some type of underground railroad you need to seek out. If I could I would wave my magic wand and get you to Sweden. Don't let them war mongers get to you!!! Best wishes

I doubt there's any embassy still operating in Iraq any chance of sneaking into Iran/Kuwait? but you will need a valid reason to apply for asylum - being Iraqi is not.
