I think most of the movies I watch fit that description but the ones that stand out for me are:
May-it was just so....there's no word to describe it, but I couldn't turn away
Match Point-it was so hard to watch but I couldn't not watch and in the end the story actually got interesting
The bench Warmers- It was so stupid but so good at the same time. gotta love David spade
come to think of it any movie with David Spade is so bad it's good, again ya gotta love him.

Heck yes!

The entire Evil Dead series is so atrocious it's actually brilliant ("Evil Dead", "Evil Dead 2", and "Army of Darkness"). Bruce Campbell as Ash has to probably be the most famous "B" role in history.

"Erik the Viking" was also so bad it was good, and for Tim Robbins movies you also have "Howard the Duck". Terrible film, but still some pretty good laughs.

Yeah, and as a lot of people mentioned, "Mars Attacks" was also great.

"Planet of the Dinosaurs" Everything about the movie sucked, the acting, dialog, special effects (in this case they were anything but special) the costumes, the sets, the lighting, the sound mixing, the music...EVERYTHING! I was transfixed by the badness of this film... they should use it in film school as an example of how NOT to make a movie!

The Leprechaun movies, oh and Childs Play, something about little psychotic serial killers just makes them enjoyable
