I am always tired. I can not meet my expectations in business. I think about sex frequently, but most of the time feel too tired to do anything about it. I am too tired to clean the house. I still make an effort to perform all these activities, but I often feel lifeless. I am very irritable quite often. I am not alazy person, but I perform like one who is. I never feel rested after a nights sleep and as soon as that alarm goes off, I resent the world. I cannot fully enjoy what I do for a living. I am a personal trainner and I work with a lot of people. I am passionate about fitness, but I cannot reach my potential in business because I am always too tired to do all my paper work, I always forget stuff. It is just debilitating.

Well I understand your Dilemma. But you must make a sacrifice. It sounds like you are headed that way now, but you must be willing to cut back on some of your work load. If you don't it will lead to development of far worse issues, the main one being you Health. You already get very little sleep form what you said. You must really be able to spread you work load over ur entire work week, If you a personal trainer you can pretty much make you own hours, so do it, I know it is easier said than done,. but if you plan now, put it into place and over the next few weeks you can achieve it, and begin to see normallcy

existence is so complicated those days. you won't be able to get the pool air purifier or the plumber to return around without ending up in mattress with them. Even Susan the librarian by some ability controlled to shed maximum of her clothing looking T.S.Eliot's amassed Essays for me. any further of this and that i'm taking holy orders.

Try a brisk morning walk and some basic yoga exercise and meditation to relieve you of the stress and give you some stamina. Eat lots of raw fruits and salads including sprouts. dont have fruit juices , instead have raw fruits. Try to chant some hyms before sleeping.
