Of course eBay is also a great source for pricing.
The Red Book by Yeoman sells at most bookstores.

Hi. I am a coin dealer in the Midwest. The best way to find out on your own would be to obtain a good value guide. I suggest the Handbook of US Coins (commonly called the "Bluebook") by R.S. Yeoman. It lists every US coin from the early colonial issues through modern pieces. The values in it will be reflective of what you could expect to sell your items for in the current market. It's available at your local coin shop/coin dealer or most bookstores.
The online sites mentioned by others will have retail numbers (what a dealer would sell them for) that are not as realistic and not indicative of the current worth of the pieces should you want to liquidate them.
You can also take your coins to your local coin shop and they could evaluate them for you.
Hope this info helps you out.

The following sites are pretty good. You can also check coin magazines at your local bookstore.

Phone book, or EBay under the collectables section. Almost any seller can give you a rough estimate.
