What makes you think the sperm is falling out? Do you keep a microscope next to your bed? Sperm are the smallest cells of the human body, and almost *all* cells are microscopic.
I *think* what you mean is that the semen leaks out. This is normal. It has done its job--getting the sperm into your body. It is done and no longer needed.
Assuming you are fertile and are approaching ovulation, after sex, your body will *pull* sperm up towards the cervix and uterus. It does this by producing cervical fluid that acts to keep the sperm alive and point them in the proper direction.
I would suggest you read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will explain exactly how your body works to get pregnant. I am sure it will help.

Have you tried elevating your pelvis up on a pillow during sex and after ejaculation?? Keep an ovulation calendar so you know the right time to conceive. Even if a lot pushes itself back out there is always enough that stay in and go up into the right places. I mean, there are 4 million of those suckers released at one time. Plus if you are trying too hard it may not work. Just relax dont think about it. Enjoy sex for the fun of it. When you arent thinking about it, it will happen.

And have you tried having sex with your pelvis propped up by a small pillow... Its a rather unattractive method of getting the job done, but the downward angle helps encourage sperm to flow in the direction you want it to flow... And don't move after the deed is done. For about 20-30 minutes- allowing time for the sperm to flow up through the cervix.
I've also read that sex in the morning is helpful- because the sperm seems to be the more active then.

Not all the sperm is taken into the uterus. And what goes up, must come down.
This is very normal. Anyone who has sex without a condom will experience this.
He doesn't even need to ejaculate inside you to impregnate. Sometimes all it takes is some pre-*** (yes pre-*** has some sperm in it) at the vaginal opening to get a woman pregnant.
lol c-u-m is filtered.
Anyway, try finding out when you ovulate, as this is the best time to try and concieve.
They have kits at stores you can buy. And talking to your doctor can help too.

It only takes 1 sperm...most of the time it does "fall out". Try putting a pillow under your hips to elevate you or lay on the floor with your feet up in the air against the bed or wall.

If you've been trying to have achild for a year and have failed, you and your husband may want to seek a doctor and ask for his opinions or get a check up to see if the two of you can still have children. There may be a low sperm count or your eggs are not functioning right anymore...it can be from a vast of things, but as far as the semen spilling out of you....that's normal.

ok...first off if you have sex every 35-40 hrs, then the chance of conceiving goes up and also...when a women comes her vaginal acts like a vaccum. if you come at the same time then that helps, but girl sperm is weaker and that also raises the chance of having a boy. just be freaky and get it on all the time. I have 3 boys under 4.

If you want to be sure it stays in long enough, try to invert you body some how to hold it in - do a headstand or just put your torso over the edge of the bed, bent at the hips. That will at least keep some in for longer, right?
How long do you think it need to be inside to "take"? And how did you conceive the first child?

Sperm spilling is normal. If you want, you can try putting a couple of pillows under your pelvis and keep this position for about 30 minutes after having sex. You can also try elevating your legs by propping it up against the headboard or wall (if your bed is against a wall). I did this, and it worked. Hope it works for you.

After sex hold your legs straight up for about 10 minutes so you can help it along up inside of you. When you do get up yes some will come back out but not all of it does. This happened to me but i still got pregnant.
Sperm can live inside you for 5 days.
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
Buy ovulation tests
take folic acid
relax
Good luck
