Take it in to a shop and have them look at your power supply. It sounds like that could well be your problem. If so, it is a fairly easy fix. Trust me, it happens way too often of late. Good luck.

the easiest way is same all the important info you have on your pc, and format, reinstall windows, it sounds like you have some bad regfiles or dll's, you also might want to try another monitor, and also before you try any of this , check your bios and see if power saving options are enabled, if do disable them, like shut down in 15 mins , or monitor etc.

well make sure that your power save modes are turned off... meaning monitor power save off, hard disk power save off and all that crap... just make sure it's off... if that doesn't work... it could be that either your monitor is going bad or your power supply... in way you need to take it and have it looked at by a professional.
