Keep stress out of your life and show that you are the better person. Let him know NOW of what you know and move on down the road. Trust me, if you know he is cheating, chances are other fellas in your life may know too... why should you let yourself look like a fool or a "player" when some decent guy may have his eye on you. You'll come out the champ is you just walk with your dignity, sanity, and clean health.

If your boyfriend is cheating on you and you know it but he doesn't, then you have several choices.
Do nothing, pretend everything's alright, but watch him and see how he continues to behave. When you amass overwhelming evidence, then confront him and demand an answer (but expect to not receive a good answer). Then, leave him.
Confront him immediately, but don't ask "why?" He'll probably deny it. Tell him you've no respect for him. Then, leave him.
Confront him and seek an answer. If you love him and are in love with him, forgive him. Then, leave him.
Playing him, too, is an option but I'd STRONGLY encourage you to NOT do that. What would it achieve, except to lower yourself to his level? And would you REALLY feel good about yourself?
Believe in yourself. Respect yourself.

That's not a boyfriend. What to do, find a real boyfriend who respects you for who you are and is loyal to you. If he's a pimp what does that make you?

no. get out of the relationship. If he is playing you, he obviously does not appreciate you, and you deserve someone who wants to be with you, and you wanting to be with him.
if you play him, you will just feel bad about YOURSELF in the end. Your self respect is not worth it. Good luck!
