stupid, ignorant, or just plain arrogant people
they scare me because they think theyre right, and their mistakes usually cost a lot.
if you really want to be down on 'crazy' people, remember that theyre ppl too. Just because you dont understand what theyre doing and their reasoning behind their actions doesnt mean theyre not there. unless youre hanging out in a looney bin i doubt youve actually seen the type of psychopathic behavior you say youre scared of.

Sociopaths scare me, the serial killer kind. Cause u can never really know who they r and the have no conscience so begging for ur life isnt gonna help, in fact they may like it.

People who dont have a psychological pattern in their behaviour. Practically, those whose next move you cant predict. And oh yes, there are very normal poeple walkin around that are like that. I dont ever wanna cross their path, or them to cross to mine. They almost always spoil my plans.

closed minded, brainwashed fanatics who will do things because they are told it's right, not because they think it's right
people with their cups full, when they started teaching others
possible thugs and criminals i met in a bad situation ( dark alleys, quiet roads, mob situations, etc )
you can learn martial arts to toughen your body and mind, but you'll still get scared
it only helps you shut it out until it's over

I'm scared of crazy people, too.
People with no sense of humor scare me (and their trademark is a snuffling, inhaling, creepy laugh).
Persistently supicious people are scary.
Slaves to fad and ideologues are scary.
Gossips are scary.
