this is obviously more a thing with you then him, who's gonna know he's wearing them unless some one BLABS, and if its for a medical reason why not, he's the one that needs to deal with the outcome not you, are you sure its planly for med reasons though

Didn't I just answer this one? If he really wants to go for it, skirts below the knee. Sensible shoes, and a nice blouse that compliments his skin tone.
