It really depends on the genre that you prefer.
The greatest love song in my opinion is " I Will Always Love You" by Dolly Parton and sung by so many including Whitney Houston.
As for all around greatest song... that would the Mozart's tune to the sound well known as " Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star:!
