I lost a few inches in a month by doing two things:
1- Never drink before/after meal (at least 30 mins)
2- Always consciously tighten ur tummy. there was this good product but i think it went out of production already.(body vibes toning belt)

Oh yes , have you heard of Callan Pickney she has workout called Callanetics man it makes you sweat and tighten up from the inside out and last look her up on the Internet or a book store site not sure of the spelling of Callanetics but looks right
also to lose weight drink water with the juice of one lemon in a liter size and you don't have to change what you eat but it helps

Cut out fatty/fried food for a month, in place, have your usual meat/fish group either steam or grill with minimal oil.

Exercise! exercise! exercise! Running 3.5km 4 times a week plus the diet above - you will see results in 4 weeks. Seriously!

Do what I do.... 10 of each sit-ups, crunches, supine bicycle, flutter kicks, frog kicks and than obliques. and do it 6 times a week Monday thru Saturday and increase by 5 each week. In about 1.5 months you will notice a difference. The 1st couple f days it will hurt but it works!!

Have you tried "just plain ole' exercise". Worked for me and I have children. Then again, if you have good elasticity in your skin that helps to.
