We got a new computer for christmas but it not letting us get online. when it does get online it says unable to connect to our network.

What internet provider are you using? You have to have connection to the internet either through dsl, cable or dial-up. If you have one of those then just call your provider and tell him to walk you through the setup. You should have a cd that you can put in the drive and it will automatically set you up.

there sould be a hundred things wrong, if you can't get online with it, you need to troubleshoot the problems with the one you are online now on web sites. otherwise it needs to go to a shop, some software is messed up
