Many of my students work nights and/or weekends in the following fields:

waiting tables or bartending
security guard (night watchman)
night auditor at a hotel
recreation director (at parks, nursing homes, YMCA)
call center or customer service center
retail

Part of being a student is learning time management. Many students must work in order to pay tuition, room and board, and buy books and other necessities. It is difficult, but can be done.

When I was an undergrad, I worked three different bartending jobs at the same time. One was Tuesday and Friday nights, one was Sunday days, and one was supervising bartending and waitstaff for (occasional) special functions.

You can do it! Best wishes to you.

Campus jobs or work study work around your classes and usually keep your hours to a certain amount (my school keeps it minimum 20hrs a week). In case you've already crossed out that idea, all I can say is do what you're good at. I have friends that make money doing nails or braiding/styling hair that can give them money on the side. I've also had friends buy a lot of different things from stores and then sell them for a profit on campus because campus stores tend to be more expensive and it's convenient for students who live on campus w/o cars and need things not available on campus. Other than the campus job, the other suggestions might not make much money, but it'll put a little cash in your pocket so you won't starve!

Can you possibly consider working on campus at a place that will provide you meals or at least a discount at certain eating establishments? They may provide work hours that will coincide with your school schedule. May not make a lot of cash, but the perk they can provide might just suffice.
