tell your friend that he can only if he wants the world to think of him as a complete and total loser that has to use a product that may or may not work to get a girl. sueing axe because "there product does not work" may be because of the fact that no self-respecting girl wants to be with him.

No, there's no guarantee that girls will jump your bones for using deodorant spray and body wash. If there is a guarantee printed on the product you might have a shot... but there could be a lot of reasons for you not having a girlfriend besides personal hygiene.
