I went to the gym and did some exercises. Also i avoided eating things that had fat and had so much sugar, ice cream, chocolate, drinks, chips and so on.

See, cutting on the foods that are required by the body(skipping meals) is no good for a solution. Try not to consume the unnecessary foods like a pastry or wafers, or sweetened aerated drinks. These contain as much calories as which are received by the body from the fixed meals like breakfast, lunch, dinner. So, eating all that stuff wud definitely give you twice the required calories and thus energy, and if ur not able to spend all that energy, its gonna pile up and make u fat!

So, the bottom line is to avoid all the junk food. Consume more fruits esp the citric ones if ur hungry betwn the meals. And if at all you've had a heavy snack, drink lots of water, it's not a miracle of-course, but is good enough to increase the water to food_solids ratio.

Try not to go for the medicines available in the market all by urself. They may turn out to be really bad, with irreversible side-effects. Try it out the natural way first!

Here's what I did.

They take your blood test and measure hormone and enzyme levels, liver and thyroid function.
Then hey tailor make a diet just for you - every body's diet is different.
I added some exercises and went from size 20 to size 6 in under 6 months. And no loose skin!
Needless to say, I'm a happy camper and a big supporter of this diet.
And you don't have to buy any products from them - you eat what's in your fridge already.

No diet, I repeat no diet works without exercise!!!!! Exercise means getting your heart rate elevated for at least, I repeat at least 20 minutes per day (walking isn't exercise). You don't skip exercise at all, not even on Sundays. Plus do not eat at any fastfood restaurants, including SUBWAY!!! Oh yea NEVER drink soda pop, even diet soda has a chemical in it which prohibits the breakdown of fats.

Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Protein such as chicken, broiled fish, eggs, plenty of veggie and fruits. Drink only water and lots of it. And exercise.

LISTEN!!!!!!

This diet is soo healthy it can help alot to cure diseases and u barely ever get sick

Eating only fruits and vegetables

At first u fell sick because your body is not used to all that healthy food but then it gets better and so do u
