uhm... library is where you can find books, periodicals, atlas and information basically in almost everything you need, but for information science, it usually deals with contributing information technology knowledge and is engaged in a broad spectrum of information processing research, as well as being heavily involved in the development of advanced computer and communication technologies. i hope it helps....
