You get your college transcripts from your college - it is a list of the classes and credits you have earned while there.

Usually a college or school requires official documentation of the classes you have taken and the credits you have earned. The college/school might ask for a transcript on official letterhead from your past schools with an official stamp and signature that proves these classes were real. This usually must arrive via FAX or in a sealed envelope with a signiture over the seal from one of the school officials. Often in the US schools/universities will ask for a translated transcript, which is an official transcript that lists the English equivelant of the titles of the classes you took and an approximate grade (A through F) or credit amount (0-4) to prove that the student didn't sit and audit all the courses and try to pass those grades off as A's in the American system.

A transcription is something written, and especially copied from one medium to another - such as a typed version of shorthand notes, or taped dictations.

they want a Transcript from your old schools.

A list of what courses you took, and what grade you got in each.
the transcript usually needs to come FROM the school, not just be a lit you made of your classes and grades.

Call or write or email your old school(s); tell them you need a transcript, and tell them where to send it. there may be a charge.
