Absolutely, it is illegal not because you can smoke it, but because if it were legal, someone would figure out how to make ethanol at home with it and cut into oil company monopolies on our ability to fuel our cars.
A study just released shows no link between smoking it and getting cancer.
More studies could prove other benefits, so studies are not allowed.
It is already legal in a few states, just dont let the feds know, or the supreme court.

NO WAY it causes mental problems which has been proven. Smoking causes Cancer so why would you want Pot to be made legal...go for a skate, bike ride enjoy the outdoors forget about "fake Highs" stay high on life! The best Natural high ever!

pot shouold not be legal because when people smoke pot they tend to do somethings stupid. they dont have a staright mind to use it wisly and as directed. it is bad for your brain cells and will do not good if it is made legal. what is it for anyways, just to fel good and get high. does it medically help anyone anyway? what doesn it do but get you high. thats it , it doesnt tazke the pain away, it is still there, it doesnt heal you. what does it do nothing ut cause idoits to break laws and get in trouble.dont make pot legal.for what?

No and I think the whites has it to easy they bring that stuff over here on their yaths and pass it out to the young blacks and the blacks pay the price and go to prison while the big time whitey gets away and return again with another bail or two and that has been going on for years .

yes- it is less harmful for you than tabacco and that is legal! It actually does good things for your health- like takes pressure off of your eyes.

Yes, because its a plant and it doesn't hurt anyone... Marijuana should only be used in moderation, but there is no harm in using it.
