... ok from experience, i just want 2 point out that letting strees, or anger, build up always leads to an eventual pop. that pop is not good. at all. and it could mean a lot of different things. some people become violent, others just yell and scream and that sort of thing. what u need 2 do is find friends u can trust, and talk 2 them. also, if there is a problem u need 2 confront it. physical activity always helps releive stress, or frustration. so a good work out in a gym, or jogging, or w/e it is that u do.

i think you tend to worry about the little things and let them get the best of you. ( i use to do it also). But eventually it will all way you down at one time. You should try to let it all out on paper. And it may eventually be one of the world's greastest poems. Or you could also meditate it has been working a miracle for me. I don't understand your question, because of the poor grammar, but if you are having problems, it's better to talk to someone then to keep your feelings inside. You are ready to become a neurotic person. Find a friend, parent,
teacher, counselor, clergyman or even call a crisis hot-line. They are professionals who can help you. If you don't "talk it out", you will end
up having panic attacks or high blood pressure
or something more serious.

Exercise, do something that you find relaxing, listen to music, pray, read a book, write it down in a diary, write a poem or story, just let it out somehow or relax. Remember to keep your mind on what is truly important and little things won't bother you so much hopefully.

this is not right!
you should share your problems with others. Or maybe, make a friend to whom you can discus about all your worries. It can be a pen-pal also if you like to hide your identity!
don't keep it inside or you will be all sad and gloomy.
