If you are under age, (and judging by your spelling, you are) and your boyfriend is legally an adult, he could face various charges- depending on what state you were from, and what state you are now in, there could be enough charges to throw at him to ensure that he doesn't get out of prison until he's ready to retire.
Some states mitigate the charges if you get married- depending on your age and his.
So if you run away, get married. If you can't- tell your mom. It wouldn't be morally right to put your boyfriend in that kind of situation.

It depends on a few things, how old are you is the main question. If you are old enough to consent to going with him and you left of your own free will i don't think she can press kidnapping charges against him but i could be wrong. But if you are under the age of 16 the she can get him for statutory rape and has the pregnancy as proof of the sexual act. But no matter what running away from home is never the answer. No matter what there is nothing that is ever so bad it can't be fixed somehow. If you are a teen and have a baby on the way your family may be hard on you at first, or hey even through the whole pregnancy but once they see that baby the love will melt their anger away and your family will be there. Being a mother isn't easy at any age and you will need your mothers guidance and help every step of the way. Talk to them because if they knew you were considering running away I'm sure they would do anything to change your mind. If you run away you are likely to end up with no home, no money, no food and no doctors care for you and your baby, you wouldn't want to end up arrested yourself for child endangerment now would you?

First of all, it would depend on your age and your bf's age. If you are both under 18, it would be considered simply running away, but in some states that is a crime in itself (I am assuming you are in the united states). If he is over 18 and you are under 18 (or vice versa) the one over 18 can be charged with harbouring a minor. There are also laws within the Commerce Clause against the transportation of someone that is not a blood relative across state lines. Check with the local laws where you live for more specific details. You can google or go to findlaw.com. Hope this helps.

The answer depends on your age and his age but please do not run away. You sound young and I promise you that very young parents with a baby cannot get by without resorting to prostitution or drug selling and you want a better life than that for your baby. Please talk to a trusted adult if you feel you can't talk to your parents - maybe a grandparent. This isn't the end of the world and I promise you that staying at home will be far better than running away no matter how they react to the news. When I was in High School this happened to a friend and I talked her into talking to her parents and it all turned out fine. Trust that they love you and do what's right for all three of you.

This is a complicated question! It depends on your age, your boyfriend's age, and the laws of your state. Would running away really help the situation, or does it just make things less scary? If you run, where will you go? How will you eat? If you are pregnant, you need good nutrition and medical care! Think this one through (for at least nine months) before you run. . .

If you are under 18 the charges could include kidnapping, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and statutory rape.

How old are you-if very young yes. If you are I think 15 he still could be charged with harboring a run away or contributing to the deliquency of a minor.

Kidnapping is when a person is held against their will. If you go willingly, then no. Depending on his age and yours, he can get hit for statutory rape and several other things. Think about it before you do it...it can harm you and your unborn child. There are other options..be wise with your choice.

It would only be kidnapping if your parents prove he took your against your will but if you consent and go before a judge with that statement, your mom could not do so.
