You might ask this question since cortisol and other adrenal steroids are quantitated in the urine but an urologist cannot help with adrenal problems. An endocrinologist is the one that can help you.
Oncologist will help you if you have a tumor but, not to worry, adrenal tumors are very rarely malignant.

oncologists are cancer doctors.

The adrenal glands are part of the endocrinology system, so you could see an endocrinologist, but because the adrenal glands are located right above the kidneys, a urologist may also be appropriate.

oncologist is a cancer doctor... the adrenal glands are part of the endocrine system.... try an endocrinologist. Some adrenal gland diseases can have some urologic symptoms, you might get lucky.

It is an endocrine gland so I am sure you would need an endocrinologist.
