There is very little good research on the effects of pregnancy on fibromyalgia (at least that I can find). Can anyone point me to a sound resource for ways to deal with my pain outside of medication, sice I can no longer use it during my pregnancy?

There is relief in a tiny red berry that is grown in the Himilayans. This all natural product is the only functional juice on the market with medical validation including 72 published clinical studies on Pubmed.org under the heading Lycium Barbarum. This is safe for pregnant women as it is a juice!

Try a homeopathic product called Arnica. You can find it at 1800homeopathy.com for about $8 a bottle. It works amazingly well with my pain, although being a man I don't know if there would be any concerns with regard to pregnancy, but since it's plant-derived and not pharmaceutical, I'd guess there wouldn't be any side effects that could affect you or your unborn child.
