According to every oragnization of mental health, medical, and education professionals, no it's not and there's nothing wrong with the woman being a lesbian. Currently the scientific thought is that no person has control over their sexuality and that once formed it's impossible to change. These so called "ex-gay" retreats are run by religious people with little or no training in biology or psychology. There is absolutly no scientific evidence that they work and some evidence that they may be harmful to individuals in "treatment." People that undergo these treatments are more at risk for depression, anxiety and alcohol/drug addiction. Exodus international, the "largest Christian referral and information ministry", ex-gay organization has had to shut down 8 of their chapters because the head of their organization admitted he was still homosexually active. So in short it's pretty much impossible to change a lesbian straight and potentially dangerous to do so.

First off, I'll ignore the terminology... Some lesbians are angry at men because they have been wronged, and the right man, who is attentive and defies all her expectations of how horrible men are may be able to "turn her straight." That being said, the vast majority of true lesbians are such because they prefer women to men, not because they're ignoring you, so nothing is going to change who they are.
Is is possible to turn a Christian into a Buddhist? It depends on the Christian, not on the convertor.

Really don't understand people when they want to change the people they meet are you so dense that you can't see the reason you were attracted is because you like the way they were when you first met them . There is nothing wrong with having a relationship with a lesbian you just have to know how to get her off.

Not normally because it is not a conscious decision that a homosexual makes regarding their sexual preference. It is caused in the brain at birth and thus they are born with that conflicting sexual preference.
