Yes, he is. His administration is responsible for the war crimes of: 1. A war of aggression. 2. At times, ignoring the Geneva conventions. eg. torture of POWs, targetting civilians...
His administration has consistently blocked serious investigation of events of 9/11. Lies to justify attacking Iraq. Protection of corporate interests at the expense of the poor, domestically and internationally. Repression of independent media (ie. not corporate owned with nationalist leanings) And so on, and so on... Hippocracy of having nuclear weapons at their disposal, and threatening their use, while claiming that no other nations (especially Muslim nations) should ever have this right. Further, nations labelled as enemies are denied by the US their internationally lawful right to pursue nuclear technology for electricity production. Yes, Bush is a tyrant. His policies have led to the deaths of thousands of US soldiers, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis (many civilians), and many others. He is guilty of war crimes, and should be held accountable for his aggressive, imperialist crimes. Impeachment, international trial, jail.

Most brutal tyrants do not attend church Sundays and give so much to charities as Bush does. I'd say he is not a tyrant at all.

No, he is just a man trying to make very difficult decisions about challenges in the world to which there are no perfect solutions. His methods have certain negatives and positives depending on the perspective of the person making their own personal judgment. If it were anyone else, in his position, the solutions might be different, however there would undoubtedly be a different set of negatives and positives which would result.

I think a tyrant would not feed his people and not let them vote or protest and in the middle of the night people would disappear and never be seen. I think our neighbor Cuba is like this and they always need cheap labor from American liberals.
