Don't you think priority 1 was to get some payback for the WTC?

... nobody seems to know... Iraq has very limited links to those that attacked us, but we go there with 5 times more soldiers than are looking for Osama?

Either they don't care about those that attacked us... or they are too stupid to realize that Iraq is not part of the group that attacked us...

let's see... crashing into buildings to deliberately cause mayhem, destruction and death... that's the colloquial definition of ... "an act of war" ... I think.... "payback" is NOT a military term. Or would you prefer some more of the same type of 9/11 style action here in the States?

So many people have forgotten about this question. And 14 out of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and Bush pulled out the special ops out of Saudi Arabia

Sounds right to me. I think we should have sent Hillary to find him. She says it would be easy. He is the tallest man in Pakistan. Hillary could have made a fact finding tour of Pakistan and captured him. However there is a flaw to this plan....She could not find the most Obese intern in the White House. And she was under Bills Desk. But it is worth a try.
