What is a Percussion? And what is a Samples?(frome Slipknot)?

percussion is um.. drums.. and um.. samples are well.. there is this machine that has some buttons and you program a different sound to every button and you press the button and it makes whatever sound you wanted it to. you should really pay a visit to your local Guitar Center.. they have everything there!

"percussion" is drums, shakers, tambourines, cowbells, congas, bongos, wood blocks, "rhythm making"instruments
