As most of the other answerers have correctly indicated, there are 128 fluid ounces in a US gallon. However, the imperial gallon, used in Britain and it's colonies and Commonwealths (before they went metric anyway), is about 20% larger than the US gallon. There are 160 imperial ounces in an imperial gallon.
Both gallons are divided into 4 quarts or 8 pints, but the imperial versions of these volumes are correspondingly larger than the US versions. Keep this in mind the next time you order a "pint" in a British pub!

If you are asking about a U.S. gallon:
8 oz. (ounces) = 1 cup
2 cups=1 pint= 16 oz.
2 pints= 1 quart=32 oz.
4 quarts = 1 gallon = 128 ounces :)
